Owner's Cancellation Policy:

Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable. Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below. If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in. Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes. The unit was furnished exactly as described and very clean. No issues getting into the unit. Plenty of parking available. Train station within walking distance. A great place to stay to give you access to Boston and surrounding area. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Fairly impersonal hosting and that's OK given the nature of the property. New building is a net plus for the neighborhood, which is average at best. Convenient location. Apartment is reasonably well furnished and equipped, a little thin on niceties (wine glasses, please!), but should improve with time and use. Reasonable value.

Mark's place is great- clean, comfortable, all the right stuff- towels, kitchenware, appliances, etc. nice new building. The one thing you should know is that it is RIGHT next to the train tracks. No trains between midnight (or so) and 6am (or so) but you need to be OK with a commuter train going by regularly outside of those hours.

I stayed for a week with my Dad while in town on business, and Mark's place was perfect for us! The apartment is great and just as described. Excellent location, well equipped, easy parking, good wifi, comfortable bed and clean! Couldn't ask for more! Oh, and the kitchen was beyond my expectations. Very nice indeed! Communication with Mark was very easy and the directions and instructions we received were easy to follow and detailed. Would be happy to stay here again anytime I'm in the Boston area for more than 2-3 nights.

Immaculate space, easy in and out and parking as well. Location was perfect for us as we were having an event at the Charles River Museum which is about a ninety second walk.


Great location, very tidy apartment, excellent experience not to mention impeccable communication

Brand new, large well appointed apartment close to downtown Waltham. Host is very responsive. Easy to find, plus parking. Definitely recommend, especially when compared to local hotel alternatives, which I find as mostly old and over priced.

I found myself needing a place to stay while on a business trip. I'd stayed earlier at one of Mark's other properties and had such a great experience, I didn't bother looking for a hotel. Mark's place was great! Comfortable and private. Close to work for me. I have no complaints but will add that this particular unit was a bit closer to the commuter rail. It wasn't a problem for me because I was already up preparing for work and the evening, I just chalked it up to being in the city. It really isn't an issue and I only mention it because some would complain. The place was better than expected and so nice I didn't want to leave! I will be back and urge anyone in the area to check out Mark's properties. He is an excellent host and provides a great place to stay!

Nice walk to Moody Street with plenty of dining options. Clean apartment. Took Uber into Boston, rather than train. As mentioned by other guests, bed was amazingly comfortable!! Mark was quick to respond to questions.
