This was a brand new apartment building and I was one of the first guests. It is a clean, well furnished apartment with everything you need, plenty of parking, and a great location in Waltham, in walking distance of many amenities and restaurants on Moody street. Mark was a great host and very accommodating; very easy to communicate with and always available to answer any questions that I had.

Host was very accommodating and place was new, clean and set up simple but elegant. Everything in the right spot. The beds were great and comfy. The HID entry and key fob for door was great and easy. Will be staying again!

Mark was great! He met us at the door with keys when we first arrived. The building is newly renovated and looks exactly like the photos. Travelled into Boston with an Uber which was great!

Really great situation. The apartment is brand new and quite spacious with a balcony, central, heat and air, etc., etc. I really enjoyed being close to downtown Waltham. In walking distance there is a very wide range of restaurants of every stripe, great little ice cream parlor – really everything you could want. Mark is very responsive and easy to work with. I needed to arrive late which was not a problem. There is easy off street parking. For me, this was far, far better than a hotel.

Our stay here, albeit short, was just delightful! The place is a beautiful and pristine as it looks, and Mark was a warm and communicative host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Mark was a patient host, waiting to welcome us as we made our way through Boston traffic! He gave a thorough tour of the apartment, and his place is clean, stylishly modern, and very comfortable. Access to public transit right is right around the corner, as is a convenience store for groceries. Loved the washer/dryer, which was stocked with pods of soap. The air conditioning was fantastic in the heat wave, and the elevator handy with a baby. Mark even supplied a portable crib! The neighborhood is quiet, though there is a bit of road noise at night. However, the beds are so comfy, we fell asleep without any problem. Light sleepers might want earplugs the first night. Kitchen has all the basics so you can easily cook meals. Kurig coffee maker was nice, and there is a microwave for heating leftovers, as well as a stove. Great location for lots of dinning options in town, and scenic walk by river. Other tenants were friendly, and there was plenty of free parking on site, and free wifi. We highly recommend Mark's place!

We stayed at mark's place the first week of June and we absolutely loved it! The unit was quiet, bright, clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Mark was there to greet us and lives on the premises which was reassuring in case we needed anything. There was ample parking and the building was secure so we did not have any safety issues. There is a park nearby and a running trail along the river which was lovely. In addition, there is an abundant number of restaurants near by to choose from with cuisine from all over the world. The only trouble we had was navigating the Boston streets, which is no fault of Mark's! Just make sure you follow the GPS closely as it gets a bit tricky!

It was a great centralized location to every location. Mark was a great host and was always a call away if there was anything I needed. The place was beautifully decorated. Since everything seemed to close fairly early if was great that I was able to stock snacks in the fridge. In addition, it was a huge plus to bring home clean clothes with a washer and dryer on site. It allowed me to work out and train for the week without the worry.

Wow, can I have this interior designer's number? Super trendy and comfortable. Lots of parking. Great host communication. Thank you for a quick stay!

The condo was just as it appeared in the photos. Mark was great. It was my first time using Airbnb. I appreciated his immediate confirmation of the reservation and that he contacted me directly to confirm he & the situation was legit. He greeted us even though we arrived very late. Mark also helped facilitate me with a last minute urgent business services need. The best advice I can recommend about this location is to "uber" to Boston. I'll say it again...use Uber.

The apartment is clean. eateries and supermarkets are within walking distance, so quite convenient.

The place was terrific! Beautiful condo in a fantastic location just outside Boston. I highly recommend!

My wife, 11 year-old son, and I were visiting Waltham, and the location and size of the apartment were ideal. It is extremely convenient to the train, and is probably the largest 2-bedroom that we have ever rented on Airbnb. It was very clean and check-in/check-out was easy. All the expected amenities. We stayed for a week, and the only problems we had were the water heater shutting off twice (that was easy to remedy - just flipping a switch - but probably should be part of instructions for apartment) and getting Wi-Fi information (again should be in an easy to find location). We had some gaps in communications with Mark, but overall despite these minor hiccups it was much better for us than staying at a hotel. We are recommending it and will look to stay there again if we are visiting family in Waltham again.
