Everything was EXACTLY as advertised. Clean and comfortable.
I had a fantastic stay at Mark's 2 BR place. I was visiting Waltham for work, and his place offered all of the essentials I could need for a short visit to this area. TL;DR - I'd definitely stay here again when I visit again! Apartment: Extremely clean. Bed was noticeably more comfortable than other places I've stayed at in this area. There was a washer & dryer in the unit which made life that much easier. Water pressure in the bathrooms were perfect and the living room was decked out nicely with a patio and an Apple TV. Clothing iron was new - which means no rust stains on your clothes and a full size ironing board means you can quickly press business attire before meeting with a client. (Seriously - all other listings I've stayed at in Waltham have had rusty irons). Location: Located right in the heart of Waltham. It's walking distance from the north end of Moody St (the closest thing you'll get to having a "downtown" in Waltham). Moody Street is littered with shops, plazas, and restaurants which provides plenty to do if you can't make the trip into Boston. Host: Responded quickly to my last minute request for a place to stay that same night. When I checked in I had trouble finding a few items and he immediately told me where everything was even though it was close to midnight.
